Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Please notify us by email at info@perolchico.com before sending any items back. This helps us process your return or exchange smoothly.
Return Conditions
Items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition, with all tags attached

Returned with all packaging (including dust bags and boxes)
We reserve the right to reduce the refund or decline a return if:

Items show signs of wear, damage, or washing

Tags are missing or detached

Packaging is incomplete or missing
If any of these conditions aren’t met, we’ll contact you with options — including returning the item to you at your expense.
How to Return
A return form is included with your order. Please mark the item(s) you are returning and include the completed form in the package. Once your return is received, we’ll confirm by email and issue a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we will confirm availability once we receive your return. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we’ll reach out with alternatives or process a refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for exchanges to be completed after we receive your item.
Customs & Duties
Perol Chico is not responsible for import duties or local taxes. To request a refund for these charges, please contact your local customs or postal service directly.
